* 2 and 2/3 cups all purpose flour&lt;br /&gt;
* 1/3 cup granulated sugar&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 and 1/3 tablespoons baking powder&lt;br /&gt;
* 1/3 teaspoon salt&lt;br /&gt;
* 8 tablespoons unsalted butter&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 and 1/3 cups heavy cream&lt;br /&gt;

Preheat oven to 375&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Blend flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in food processor and blend for 1 minute.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cut butter into 4-6 pieces and put in flour mixture. Pulse 10-12 times.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Remove bowl and add cinnamon chips. Stir cream into mixture. Stir just long enough to form dough.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Place dough onto floured surface. Bring together dough - be careful not to overwork. Roll out to 1/2 inch thickness and cut with round biscuit cutter (or cut into triangles). Place on parchment lined baking sheet.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Brush with additional cream and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
