You probably want more than 1 egg, so we&amp;#039;re going to do this the easy way, which also allows you to make several at a time.. So, get saran wrap and a ramekin (bowl, deep, small plate, whatever) and put a full-size square of saran wrap over it, with a dip in the middle. Spray around the surface of the dip of saran wrap with Pam. Crack an egg into the dip. Pick up the corners of the saran wrap and wrap them together, like a sac. Clip with a clothes pin.
