* 2 Racks of pork spare ribs&lt;br /&gt;
* Large cutting board (big enough to fit the whole spare rib)&lt;br /&gt;
* Good knife that you are okay with cutting through bone/cartilage&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
===Dry Rub:===&lt;br /&gt;
* 4 Tbsp paprika&lt;br /&gt;
* 2 Tbsp chili powder&lt;br /&gt;
* 3 Tbsp brown sugar&lt;br /&gt;
* 2 Tbsp salt&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
===Grilling:===&lt;br /&gt;
* Baked pork spare ribs&lt;br /&gt;
* 1/2 C Your favorite barbeque sauce&lt;br /&gt;
* 1/4 C Water&lt;br /&gt;

==Directions==&lt;br /&gt;

# Prepare the ribs.&lt;br /&gt;
## Pat dry your ribs and flip them over so that the side you can see the bone is visible.&lt;br /&gt;
## Remove the skirt (the flabby bit hanging on top of the ribs).&lt;br /&gt;
## Find the end of each(ish) rib and cut a smooth line along the ends.&lt;br /&gt;
## With the end of a spoon and maybe some paper towel remove the membrane. Set aside.&lt;br /&gt;
## Cut the remaining meat where the bone is.&lt;br /&gt;
## Cut anything longer than 9-12 inches in half so it is about 6-12 inches.&lt;br /&gt;

# Heat oven to 300°F and move the racks to the middle and bottom, you may have to stack for the pans to fit.&lt;br /&gt;
# Combine the dry rub and pat onto all sides of all the meat.&lt;br /&gt;
# Wrap in aluminum foil and set in cookie sheets.&lt;br /&gt;
# Cook in the oven for 2 1/2 hours.&lt;br /&gt;
# Take out of the oven and let cool.&lt;br /&gt;

===Approximately 30-45 min before eating===&lt;br /&gt;
# Combine the barbeque sauce and water in a small bowl.&lt;br /&gt;
# Brush sauce onto meat.&lt;br /&gt;
# Cook on a closed grill for 5-10 minutes per side still in the foil.&lt;br /&gt;
