Once it’s all smooth, add the baking soda and slowly add the flour. Don’t over mix. Mix only until just combined, then fold in the chocolate chips. &lt;br /&gt;

Roll dough into 1-inch balls and put on your cookie sheet (greased)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cook at 350° for 10-12 mins or until golden brown. &lt;br /&gt;

This is my go-to, I’ve never had any issues with it. (It does make a lot of cookies! So if you just want a small batch, half the &lt;br /&gt;
