Pizza dough: Difference between revisions

  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 scant tablespoon yeast
  • 1 cup water

Mix and let foam 5-10 minutes.

Mix in

  • 1 tablespoon EVOO
  • 2.5 cups flour.

Scrape dough out of bowl and onto the counter. Knead in 1/2 to 1/3 cup flour until smooth and elastic.

Separate into (two?) oiled bowls and allow to proof (rise) until desired size and softness.

Roll each ball into pizza crust.
