Ingredients
- 2 packages dry yakisoba noodles (cooked without spice packets and drained)
- 3 Tbsp oil
- 1/2 yellow onion
- 8 oz cabbage (about 1/2 head)
- 2 oz celery (about 2 stalks)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 C pre-cooked meat (sliced; optional)
Instructions
- Slice onion, cabbage, and celery thinly.
- Heat oil in wok over high. Once hot, add vegetables.
- Sauté vegetables until caramelized.
- Add meat if you are using it. Combine.
- Break apart the noodles so they are loose and add to wok. Toss to combine.
- Add soy sauce and oyster sauce. Toss.
- Serve and enjoy.
