Ingredients

  • 2 packages dry yakisoba noodles (cooked without spice packets and drained)
  • 3 Tbsp oil
  • 1/2 yellow onion
  • 8 oz cabbage (about 1/2 head)
  • 2 oz celery (about 2 stalks)
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 C pre-cooked meat (sliced; optional)

Instructions

  1. Slice onion, cabbage, and celery thinly.
  2. Heat oil in wok over high. Once hot, add vegetables.
  3. Sauté vegetables until caramelized.
  4. Add meat if you are using it. Combine.
  5. Break apart the noodles so they are loose and add to wok. Toss to combine.
  6. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce. Toss.
  7. Serve and enjoy.
