- 16 oz can of chickpeas
- a couple tablespoons of tahini
- cumin
- finely ground red pepper
- olive oil
- coriander seeds
- crushed garlic
- minced jalapeno
- lemon juice
- Crush the coriander seeds with a mortar and pestle
- mix everything in a food processor until it's reduced to a fine paste.
