Flowerpot Pudding

¼ cup butter, softened
8 oz cream cheese softened
1 cup sugar
3 ½ cup milk
12 oz whipped topping
2 4 oz packages vanilla instant pudding mix
1 20 oz package chocolate sandwich cookies
Small package gummi worms

Cream butter, cream cheese, and sugar. Add milk, whipped topping and pudding mix and beat at low speed until smooth.
Process cookies in a food processor until finely ground. Alternate layers of the pudding mixture and cookie crumbs in a new 8-inch flowerpot, ending with a layer of cookie crumbs.
Refrigerate until time to serve. Top with gummi worms, insert silk flowers, serve with garden trowel.
