Guacamole

I generally find that guacamole recipes are overly complicated. At it's basic it is four ingredients. In a bowl combine and mash the ingredients with a potato masher. Adjust lime, garlic and salt to taste. This is a guide only as quantity of meat in an avacado varies greatly.


  • 5 regular avacados, halved, pitted and removed from skin
  • juice of one lime
  • 4-6 cloves garlic, minced or finely grated
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
