- Nanami Togorashi is a mix of chili peppers, used like salt and pepper.
- furikaka aka urikaka or katsuo is finely sliced (translucent) dried skipjack tuna. Served over various dishes, often okonmiyaki.
- Mochi akin of very sticky rice. A product of this rice is also served something like cubes cheese, in okonomiyaki.
