Curry rice

 Buy "curry du", eg, S & B Golden Curry sauce mix. Cook the rice, saute vegetables and meat, add the meat and veggies to sauce. Mix veggies (eg, carrot, pumpkin, eggplant, cucumber, zuccini, tomato, onion, potato, garlic) and meat into sauce. Ladle over rice. All done! Can mix different sauces to get spice level you want (check packages for mild, extra hot, etc)
