Balsamic and Herb

  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp finely chopped fresh rosemary
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp freshly-cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

1. Fully combine all ingredients in a bowl. 2. Combine with steak (1/3 cup marinade for every 1 pound of steak) in a ziplock freezer bag, and toss until the steak is evenly coated in the marinade. Press out any extra air and seal the bag. 3. Refrigerate for at least 30 min and up to 1 day. 4. Let rest at room temperature on a plate for 20 minutes before cooking.

This makes about 1 cup of marinade, enough for 3 lbs of meat.
