Buttermilk Pancakes

1 cup flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Mix dry ingredients.

2 cups buttermilk
2-4 eggs
¼ cup cooking oil

In a separate bowl, mix liquid ingredients. Pour into dry ingredients and stir until mixed together. The batter will still be lumpy. Do not overmix.

Bake on hot griddle (375 degrees).
