  • 16 oz can of chickpeas
  • a couple tablespoons of tahini
  • cumin
  • finely ground red pepper
  • olive oil
  • coriander seeds
  • crushed garlic
  • minced jalapeno
  • lemon juice
  • Crush the coriander seeds with a mortar and pestle
  • mix everything in a food processor until it's reduced to a fine paste.
