Rosita

The Rosita is tequila based drink.  The Tequila you use will combine with the supporting liqours to create a unique flavor for each Tequila.  You can use Anejo, Reposado, or Blanco though many recipes call for Reposado.


Combine the following in a mixer with ice.  Shake vigorously.  Strain over ice.  Large ice is preffered.


  • One and a half oz. Tequila
  • Half oz. Dry Vermouth
  • Half oz. Sweeth Vermouth
  • Half oz. Campari
  • dash of bitters
