SueAnn's Pumpkin White Chocolate Cookies

1 bag White Chocolate Chips
2 boxes Crusteez Pumpkin Bread
2 sticks of butter
2 eggs

Mix, dollop into parchment paper-covered cookie tray, bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes (SueAnn bakes for 14 minutes). Should come out light and fluffy.
