Yaki-soba

 find fresh refrigerated yaki-soba noodles in the refrigerator section. Directions are on the back, but basically saute your veggies, maybe some meat, shrimp, whatever, in a little oil, then transfer them to a bowl. Then add 1 tablespoon oil and 1/4 cup water to the pan and fry noodles for 2-3 minutes, add the spice pack, just to heat and loosen the noodles. Add the veggies to the mix and serve! Dinner in 20 minutes, max.
